Title:
Digitalization Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY:
- The Digitalization Coordinator has responsibility for the management, execution and successful conclusion of all IM activities required to meet the contractual requirements and the company internal execution needs throughout the life of the project.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Project Digitalization Coordinator coordinates the activities such as Information Managers,3D Model ,3D CAD ,Data ,Collaboration ,Document Management, Document Control
- Program Cloud Setup and Data Management
- Collaborative Working Environment (CWE)
- Use of Digital solution for design of facilities
- Digital Solution Matrix
- Information Workflows / Processes
- Project Dashboards
- Information / Data Security & Access Controls
- Master Data Management and Standardization
- Mobility Strategy
- Enterprise Integration and Handover
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A proven track record in managing major projects with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Information Manager.
- Demonstrable commitment to HSE management in a project environment
- Working knowledge of industry standard business support systems i.e. project planning.
Academic:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field
Project management certifications:
- Experience: 10-15 years professional experience
