Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an industrial organization based in Riyadh, leading the development of the fast-growing, export-oriented industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking to hire a director for the field of Plastic.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice in the design and implementation of the Plastic and Packaging strategy of our clients and roadmap to support in setting the company’s strategy
• Generate and recommend alternate plans and scenarios that support the company overall strategy plans
• Deliver technical industrial consulting services and specialist skills to management and relevant stakeholders with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth and/or promoting the company development
• Identify, review and objectively advise on tasks, plans and proposals related to the industrial development of the company
• Manage the implementation of the strategic initiatives and projects
• Ensure that the strategy and implementation programs are progressing according to plan and that any barrier are effectively resolved
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve the company related issues and ensure swift industrial development
• Publish and distribute progress reports to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
• Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
• Promote a high-performance working environment and promote the company’s values

Requirements

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in highly technical positions in Plastic and Packaging industry development, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory position
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent is required
