Our newest opportunity is for a Document Controller to join our award-winning team based in Medinah, KSA. The Document Controller is responsible for organization and coordination of all commercial and technical documents. Provide system reports, maintain and update electronic information systems, distribute documents, ensure accuracy of all documentation and regulatory procedures and changes are followed.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Control project documentation as per company's procedures.
- Set up distribution requirements, including timeframe.
- Register the receipt of documents from both internal and external sources.
- Transmit documents to internal and external parties for review and information.
- Transmit the comments on documents back to originators.
- Coordinate the Document Control cycle from start to finish.
- Produce and issue document status reports.
- Communicate requirements of the procedure to all project personnel to ensure compliance.
- Ensure that all issued Project Deliverables are correct in accordance with document control procedures.
- Maintain Project Deliverables filing & retention system for hard copy and electronic originals of documentation.
- Assist Projects and Departments with queries on documentation requirements and submissions.
- Load non-critical Project documentation onto relevant archiving systems.
- Hand-over of Critical - Maintained documentation to the Engineering Document Controller.
- Close out existing projects.
- Archive project at end of shelf life.

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8 years of work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor degree.
