Job description / Role
Job duties
• To undertake the day-to-day running of the drawing office services.
• Creating new design drawings, as built drawings and updating existing drawings as per pre-defined standards following legend and symbols.
• Getting knowledge of creating drawings\single line diagram on MS Visio
• Maintaining drawing cabinets on Filestream, Uploading latest versions of drawings with complete details and archiving the previous versions to relevant archive cabinets.
• Reporting time sheets daily\weekly as per project requested by the engineering team.
• Creating data sheets for any drawing history queries as well as receipt acknowledgements, as required.
Requirements
Experience and skills required for the job
• Appropriate Draughtsman qualification.
• 2-3 Years experience working on Telecommunications drawings.
• Appropriate experience with Auto-CAD.
• Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio packages
• Good standard of written and spoken English
