Employment: Full Time

Role Summary:
ECT is a nine-month program designed to give recent university/college graduates challenging work assignments, training and development, and exposure to leadership. The program combines hands on experience with training to equip participants with the tools and knowledge to become leaders in BHGE. ECT is open to recent university/college graduates.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop the necessary knowledge about services/repairs.
- Develop the necessary knowledge about processes plants configurations, modes of operations, auxiliaries, etc.
- Attend service center to learn practical elements.
- Develop the needed knowledge of the tools and processes that are being used for the service/repairs center teams.
- Capable of working with tier 1 proposal (low complexity) by the end of the internship.
- Get familiar with the ERP of the services and repairs department.
- Submit at least two projects by the end of the training period.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electromechanical background).
- Authorized to work in your country full-time and without restriction.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
