Employment: Full Time

Role Summary:
- ECT is a nine-month program designed to give recent university/college graduates challenging work assignments, training and development, and exposure to leadership. The program combines hands on experience with training to equip participants with the tools and knowledge to become leaders in BHGE.
- ECT is open to recent university/college graduates of various disciplines including, Sales, Finance Human Resources, Field Service Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, and more.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Place and follow-up on POs. Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution
- Manage problems and schedule changes. Update ERP
- Assess supplier capabilities and make recommendations on supplier acceptability
- Understand strategies for assigned commodities & proactively drive initiatives to meet Sourcing objectives under supervision
- Analyze and track Supplier promise date accuracy and develop reports to ensure Supplier promise date accuracy
- Support commodity buys. Works within a team setting and / or under guidance
- Alternatively: executing routine but complex analysis
- Signal flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggest improvements
- Contribute to project as a team member

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Authorized to work in your country full-time and without restriction
- Fluent in Arabic and English is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
