Role Summary:
The Early Career Trainee-ship is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their trainee-ship in a GE business. The trainee-ship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience.

Essential Responsibilities:
During the traineeship, GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks that are related to his/her major where the trainee can develop their Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce them to the work environment.

- Ensure recruitment process is executed (e.g. postings, processes, record-keeping and reporting) 100% compliant for wing-to-wing process.
- Support in sourcing and screening candidates to deliver high quality candidate shortlists to customers in a timely manner.
- Share best practice and develop recruitment team knowledge and skills.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Fresh Graduate in Human Resources degree or similar or equivalent knowledge or work experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic (essential)
- High achiever
- Must be detailed oriented, organized and able prioritize complex multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, highly demanding and complex organization

Desired Characteristics:

- Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership skills
