Overview of the role:

The EComm Manager/ Digital Manager oversees the development and utility of the brands. The holder will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to the platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics.

The job holder will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional partners to manage all aspects of the ECommerce business including business planning, content strategy, promotional campaigns, website design, user experience, customer service, web analytics and technologies.

What you will do:-

Description of Accountability:

Strategic and Planning
- Elaborate the vision at the Division level and set up the yearly strategic plan and the yearly budgets in accordance with the Brand's vision and mission
- Responsible for development of annual online brand P&L budget and commercial / trading plan formula ti on and delivery in conjunc ti on with regional team(s)
- Conduct strategic mee ti ngs with suppliers, regional teams...to nego ti ate commercial condi ti ons (margin, anima ti ons, exclusivity...).

Business Development/Rela ti onship Management
- Lead the implementa ti on of new business strategies and new partner rela ti onships to increase the reach of the Brand online
- Develop new business strategy, tac ti cal plans, and detailed business cases for new business development to ra ti onalize resource investments.
- Responsible for delivering the underlying profitability through developing knowledge of key cost drivers from the P&L.

Web Analy ti cs Management
- Analyze web metrics and make recommenda ti ons to improve website performance including new ways to drive website traffic and revenue opportuni ti es.
- Compile and analyze search data and metrics to make decisions regarding business strategy.
- Perform click through rate, conversion, spend and crea ti ve analysis to iden ti fy growth/op ti miza ti on opportuni ti es.

Product Management
- Execute product strategy based on strategic objectives, customer needs and Brand M&As.
- Hear the voice of the customer (and our associates) and represent it while working with various teams to build products that provide an unparalleled shopping experience by pu tti ng the customer first through iden ti fying their current and future needs, pain points, and dreams.
- Communicate product priori ti es/direc ti on to relevant stakeholders
- Manage collabora ti on between teams (internal/external), and ensure accountability and ownership throughout the project work.
- Design, test and manage customer facing digital products to execute the vision of taking customer interac ti on to a new level, across multiple pla tf orms
- Conduct customer research and determine the user's story. Dra ft and build digital product concepts,
- MVPs and staged products independently; conduct A/B tests and deep dives into customer behavior/interac tio n (with data) to uncover opportuni ti es and drive business success
- Iden ti fy opportuni ti es, goals and determine metrics for analy ti cs. Grow digital products + services con ti nuously to ensure our ultimate objec ti ve: state of the art experiences.

CX/UX:
- Plan and execute large scale CX/UX development/improvement projects in coordination with external service providers
- Create suppor ti ng project documenta ti on and plan work streams; track and review product work/direc ti on on a regular basis.
- Lead the priori ti za ti on of product development needs
