Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Manage engineering resources and commitments.
- Work with sales and business development teams to gather key project details such as utility data, facility profiles, site drawings, system operating characteristics
- Set and review priorities and efficiency targets with clients.
- Coordinate with execution department to manage pre bid audits
- Visit project sites to assess and document building, mechanical, electrical, controls, and plumbing systems

Requirements

- Must have CEM Certification
- Investigate, analyze, and document energy conservation and water cost reduction measures
- Audit Sites as required and set auditing requirements and needs
- Able to conduct detailed engineering analysis including baseline profiles, end-use analysis, and retro fit analysis
- Prepare and present technical content, proposals, analysis, and feasibility reports
- Participate in peer review for engineering analysis and project costing
