Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose
- Supervise and monitor all type of Electrical & Telecommunication works activities.
- QMS implementation Project Quality Inspection, Quality related activities and its coordination to Client / Contractor and vendors Inspections.

Functional Responsibilities
- Maintain system manuals, international & national standards, client specs, Technical data sheets & handbooks, product-range & component catalogs, copy of ITP and all relevant documents related to inspections.
- Responsible for all Electrical, Data & Communication system, Public address, CCTV, Switches, Patch panel, Fiber optic cable, Duct bank, Wireless system, Telecommunication Cabinets, MDF, BTS, PABX, VMS, ACS, Fire alarm, Fire evacuation, cable installation, cable tray, cable trunk, electrical wiring, conducting, panel, switch board, Testing and Pre- pre- commissioning system inspections.
- Strictly implementing the quality requirements as per project specification
- Reviewing such as ITP, Checklist and Method Statement the procedure of QCP/ITP procedure.
- Involve in reviewing all Telecommunication and electrical drawings as per the project requirements.
- Fallow up with construction work on site by surveillance inspection..
- Ensure Received Request for inspection (RFI) from contractor as per Inspection Test plan and standards prior for Approval.

Requirements

General Responsibilities
- Ensure inspections & work as per client specification, standards, method
- Verify and assure accreditation, certifications, approvals and accolades along with profiles of vendors, external / third party or independent agencies.
- Maintain quality records such as log book of the work performed, QA/QC Weekly report, Internal inspection report, Non Conformance report (NCR).
- Verification of test results, reporting and recommendation to QA/QC Manager for necessary actions
- Ensure Received Material inspection request (MIR) from contractor as per approved material submittal and as per client requirements on project prior for approval.
- Ensure that contractor is using proper calibrated equipment's.
- Ensure that contractor has done proper storage of materials in store by surveillance inspection.
- Ensure proper identification and traceability of materials is done at project
- Ensure that the conduit routing is done as per the drawing through duct bank or trench and also indoor cable routing is done correctly.
- Ensure the NCR raised must be closed by the contractor on time.
- Review of specification, project activates codes, and standards with reference to SAES-T, ITP UL, NEC, NFPA, TIA/EIA, IEC, and IEEE.

Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience
- 5 to 10 Years
