Job Description
- Assess internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes.
- Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, security, and support for organizational goals.
- Identify discrepancies and vulnerabilities in systems engineering, assess smart city requirements and identify technology gaps to be fulfilled.
- Create business architecture models that reflect our organization's strategies and goals.
- Implement business visions and objectives through technology solutions.
- Develop compliance architecture methods, including data storage, metadata management, and change control.
- Develop ways to integrate the business' IT systems effectively and connect with the OSS OT subsystems. This involves designing and implementing smart city enterprise architecture models that align with organizational goals.
- Assist managerial staff in developing policies and guidelines related to IT/OT systems.
- Generate ideas to reduce costs in both IT and business leadership.
- Synchronize business needs with IT systems and roll up maintenance costs within the asset hierarchy. This allows to track accumulated costs at various levels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Provide guidance on business architecture and systems processing.
- Work closely with stakeholders and managerial personnel to create a robust IT infrastructure. They ensure that technology solutions meet business needs.
- Involved in testing software programs to ensure their functionality and reliability. This includes developing testing criteria, UAT, PAT, etc.

Requirements

Personal Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good leadership and motivational skills.
- Experience in modeling and graphic representations.

Technical Skills
- Proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Experience with TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks
- Strong knowledge of SDLC
- Strong knowledge of API integration protocols such as REST, SOAP.
- knowledge of industrial protocols such as ModBus, BACnet, KNX, etc.
- Work experience with OSS and BSS components and requirements
- Strong experience working in a heterogenous multi-vendor environment
- Ability to collect requirements, and map to functional specifications and systems.

Education
- Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline
