Job description / Role

PETROCHEM EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Roles and responsibility.
1) Develop execution plans and schedules for development of Sadara site equipment maintenance procedures.
2) Determine maintenance procedures, to be developed from the equipment maintenance coordinator.
3) Create team to produce maintenance equipment procedures, utilising vendor installation and operations manual (IMOI) to extract the required data.
4) Establish Methodology and team to collect missing IMOI data
5) Create maintenance procedures in format compatible with JV ERP.
6) Serve as IMOI subject matter expert.
7) Ensure all IMOI's are received and accounted for the Sadara production facility.
Skills & Knowledge
The individual will be assigned responsibility for creating equipment maintenance procedures.
Must have knowledge of:
• Chemical Plant Maintenance Work Process and sub work process
• Reliability programs
• Understanding of PPM principles
• Facility/Equipment Maintenance Strategies
Should have knowledge of (some items):
• Chemical Plant Maintenance Work Process metrics, AMR, etc.
• Other work processes that link to Chemical Plant Maintenance Work Process
• MOC process
• Turnaround Methodology
• Reliability Engineering Principles
• Compliance/ Mechanical Integrity Standard
• Engineering standards/requirements required tor repairs
• Equipment Supplier Training specific to Business Technology
Requirements
Education / Qualifications / Experience
• Accredited BSc Degree in an engineering discipline is required
• Electrical engineering is preferred.
• 5 - 10 years experience in at least one of the following areas: -
Maintenance technical services.
Plant engineering .
Reliability engineering.
Project engineering or design.
Some contract management experience would help, but not essential.
• Petrochem OR Oil & Gas Process.
