Job description / Role

ERP Implementation - KSA (Saudi Arabia)

Objective:
Provides customers and end users with product and technical support, by performing, the following duties, or through subordinate supervisors

Main responsibilities:
Includes the following, while other duties may be assigned -

• Ability to help in the ERP Implemenation cycle
• To gather the client’s business requirement
• To conduct the gap analysis and fitment analysis
• To be able to handle the system setup
• Prepare the needed documentation
• To train the client’s team
• To respond to customer inquiries via telephone, online networks, and mail.
• To be able to manage and track inquiries.
• To help customers use products properly.
• Communicates with programmers regarding bugs and follows-up to make sure fixes are received and tested.
• Advises upper management on product development issues arising from product problems identified through technical support calls with customers.
• Advises technical writers on user documentation.
• Handles customer problems that appear to arise from the use of the product.
• Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records.
• Plans and schedules levels of support according to product release schedules.
• Assists in final testing of new products.


Travel requirements : Must be able to travel frequently

Requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors (BA) OR Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; with four to ten years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; in both the English and Arabic Language. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Design software; Development software; Internet software; Project Management software and Word Processing software.
