Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Review RFP and RFQ documents, technical specification, drawings and BOQ from Clients.
• Study, analyze and evaluate tender documents technically and commercially for Hard and Soft Services in order to identify risk factors in coordination with the General Manager for the overall risk assessment and bid decision.
• Lead and manage proposals to develop high-quality bids, including client prequalification’s, presentations, and associated materials
• Attend and participate in pre and post bid meetings, and perform site visits.
• Responsible and able to Estimate effort (manpower, tools, equipment, spare parts and consumables for Hard and Soft Services), Quantities and Resources required to for each activity in the RFP SoW.
• Responsible of preparation of technical proposal and Commercial offer/proposals using Excel or other computer aid system.
• Coordinate with supplier or purchasing personnel to request quotation, delivery schedules and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in bidding.
• Experience at least 5 years in managing the tendering teams in FM industry.
• Good commercial awareness on current market rates for materials/labor/plant/others related to the execution and contracting for all hard and soft services disciplines.
• Strong Commercial, Technical, Risk Analysis Skills.
• Facility management experience
