Job description / Role
Executive Chef Up To 32k Sar For A Leading Food Company In Ksa
• Open to Saudian/any Arabic-speaking nationalities
• Male/Female, 45 y/o and below
• Degree/certification in food service management/hospitality/culinary
• Proven 5 years of experience as head/executive chef/managerial post in a high-end casual/fine-dining restaurant
• To manage a tier-I casual dining restaurant and supervise a team of 4 chefs and up to 10 other kitchen staff Manage full kitchen operations for all meals, create new recipes, refine the existing menu and develop new menu additions as well.
Requirements
• Should be experienced in high-end restaurants and Mediterranean / Arabic food along with international fusion
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Can join immediately is preferred (1-month maximum)
• Candidates residing in Saudi Arabia is preferred
• Work Location: Jeddah, Saud Arabia
Salary up to 32,000 SAR depending on experience and qualifications
