Job description / Role
Executive Chef up to 14.5k Aed++ for a Restaurant in Riyadh, KSA
• Create and develop new recipes
• Monitor the organisation and distribution of tasks in accordance with current internal procedures and regulations (food safety, etc.)
• Check compliance with schedules and working hours
• Check that the facilities and cleanliness of your equipment comply with the regulations and hygiene standards
• Provide technical support in case of difficulties
• Inform your teams of the procedures to be followed in the event of an evacuation, first aid and attacks
• Implement and monitor corrective actions as part of reviews of working methods
• Participate in and facilitate the checks carried out by internal or external auditors
• Suggest changes
• Keep up to date with products and trends
• Supervise the preparation of dishes and monitor or finish the presentation
• Ensure the prepared dishes are presented correctly
• Ensure the quality and consistency of the delivered products
• Ensure equipment is working properly (cold rooms, refrigerators, freezers)
• Ensure deadlines for preparation, processing and completion are met
• Ensure working methods and techniques are followed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and regulations
Requirements
• POSITION: Executive Chef
• SALARY: up to 14,500 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation and transportation
• HIRING COMPANY: One of the finest casual dining restaurant with multiple outlets in GCC
• WORK LOCATION: Riyadh, KSA
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available (max w/ 1-month notice)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Moroccan, Lebanese and Tunisian
• Male, 45 years old and below
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts
• At least 5-6 years of experience in hospitality management
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong background in profit and loss analysis
