Employment: Full Time

One of the investments company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking to hire an Executive Director for sectors to join their growing team. This role will be in charge with supporting the development and execution of the Investments' strategy and ensuring its alignment with the Company's overall corporate strategy by establishing and forming the sector

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managerial Roles

* Articulate, develop and update the Function's strategy in compliance.
* Develop the Function's business plan and budget in line with strategic direction and business requirements.
* Develop, implement and maintain the Function's policies, processes and procedures
* Set employee objectives and KPI's in conjunction with employees
* Provide feedback, coaching and support to employees in the function in order to maximize their performance and productivity to achieve the function's objectives and KPIs.
* Coordinate and work closely with the Human Capital team to attract, develop, manage and retain staff

Functional Roles

* Manage the analysis of economic and regulatory factors affecting their sector and their effect on the sector's strategy.
* Develop and identify potential investment and deal opportunities
* Set financial, strategic and operational measures for investments.
* Develop and maintain strategic relationships
* Manage and monitor the deal formation activities including the detailed location planning, setting the financial reporting and governance, selection of technologies and licenses and the agreement on partnership performance management criteria.
* Manage the execution of the deals for the Sector
* Manage and monitor the design and operation of the Sector
* Monitor the execution of the value creation plan.
* Assess exit opportunities and negotiate and execute exit.
* Identify the optimal partnership model and build partnerships with key players, deal generators and investment enablers in the Sector
* Involve in negotiations with potential partners and other relevant parties
* Monitor and review the performance of their sector's investments and work actively to achieve the sector's financial targets.

Requirements

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering Discipline and with MBA is highly preferred
* Professional Certification in Investments (e.g CFA)
* 15+ years of relevant experience
* Extensive expertise in building and operating relevant sectors
* Extensive expertise in deal formation and greenfield set-up and execution in the relevant industry
