Employment: Full Time

Searching for an experienced PMO to work closely with our leadership team. From day one, you will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between the business Lines and across our community. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advisory and xLOB collaboration.

Objective of this role:

- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and cluster heads
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

- Build and develop relationships with all key stakeholders for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations
- Collaborate with executive team members on special projects to determine and prioritize business strategies and define new operational strategies
- Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion while working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure
- Aid in and ultimately ensure the timely completion of creative projects including events (as needed)
- Assist the human resources department with developing and executing key initiatives to reinforce the human capital economic value and experience
- Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries, problem solving and developing action plans to address them
- Assist with the preparation of communications
- Use skills in organization and planning to prioritize tasks, set meetings and diffuse conflicts

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field
- 5+ years in a business or management role
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with data analysis
- Experience with budget management
- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels
- Proactive, flexible and a strong decision making ability
