• You will ensure the successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
• You will be responsible for implementing appropriate programme delivery environments, including people, organisation, processes, information and technology.
• You will promote and influence quality and service excellence in all conversations and programme interactions.
• Having the responsibility of Mace PMO project controls and reporting team elements.
• Supporting management of project controls activities and management of multiple, world-class consultants and national/international contractors.
• Being able to present and articulate at the highest level the controls issues, concerns, and successes on the programme.
• Demonstrating a clear, systematic approach to solving complex issues and communicating solutions in an effective, efficient, and high-level manner.
• Evaluating and reporting on all scheduling, cost, and change controls for this scheme in conjunction with the PMO.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practice policy, process, and procedures for project controls and reporting.
• Managing quality assurance/control process for the reporting information.
• Developing requirements for Power BI dashboards and working with the technical team to ensure the dashboards are delivered to requirements.
• Managing the ongoing continuous enhancement of reporting, identifying opportunities for process and systems improvements.
• Stakeholder management to support alignment.

Requirements

You’ll need to have:
• A degree qualification.
• Experience with PMO organisations.
• Experience with recognised international consultancy organisations.

You’ll also have:
• Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
• Experience in managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working.
