The Boeing Company is seeking for an F-15 Supply and Support Admin to support the execution of The Boeing Company contract to provide the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) with F-15SA Interim Contractor Support (ICS) located in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.

This position is contingent upon contract award

Program Overview:
The ICS tasks are to provide full Organization Level (O-Level) aircraft flight line maintenance and Intermediate Level (I-Level) back shop maintenance support for F-15SA operations at five RSAF bases.

Primary responsibilities:

This is an F-15 Supply and Support Admin role. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Directing materiel management activities involved in developing, operating, implementing & analyzing manual and automated integrated logistics systems. Managing item and monetary accounting, inventory control, financial planning & warehousing functions.
• Monitoring & operating the Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) and associated logistics systems interfaces.
• Providing materiel management expertise as related to SBSS processes, accountable officer, responsible officer, and responsible person obligations.
• Managing materiel management activities & systems involved in requirements determination, inventory control, and receipt, storage & issues of supplies & equipment. Computes requirement, determines allowance & researches & identifies materiel requirements.
• Performing operations involved in storage inspection, identification and receipt of property.
• Performing inventories & ensures timely correction of discrepancies.
• Inspecting and evaluating inventory management activities.
• Determining condition of property received.
• Performing shelf-life inspections of stock.
• Developing methods & improves procedures for storing property.
• Planning use of storage facilities, receipts, stores issues, ships and transfers property. Controlling issue of classified, sensitive, pilfer able and controlled items.
• Coordinating with maintenance activities on repairable component actions.
• Controlling and issuing bench stock property.
• Obtaining material required for equipment modification, periodic component exchange and bills of material in support of maintenance.
• Accounting for all items contained in mobility readiness spares packages.
• Providing materiel management expertise to combat support, enabler organizations & responsible officers for the proper accounting and control of specified classes of supply. Reviewing & validating requirements.
• Initiating follow-up actions on materiel requirements.
• Coordinating equipment transfer and deployment actions with the accountable officer. Planning and scheduling materiel storage and distribution activities.
• Processing information retrievals using supply system databases.
• Managing materiel management related systems and hardware.
• Performing operator maintenance on materiel management related systems & hardware.
• Applying system security policy and procedures to prevent unauthorized changes to information.
• Distributing supply computer products.
• Acting as a subject matter expert to the commander on the operation of materiel management systems & operations.
• Monitoring Defense Data Network traffic through use of the Supply Interface System. Ensuring database integrity & makes necessary corrections.
• Controlling and operating the Remote Processing Station (RPS) & remote terminal hardware under the Standard Base Supply System (SBSS).
• Monitoring systems processing & corrects processing errors.
• Monitoring supply Defense Data Network traffic through use of the Supply Interface System and takes corrective action.
• Maintaining liaison with the Standard Systems Group, MAJCOMs & the servicing Defense Mega centers, to identify and correct problems.
• Developing database retrieval scripts for materiel management support analyses.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school degree is required.
