Position Title: F&B Cost Controller
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K SAR all- inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation

About the Client:
A high-end stand-alone café is now opening its 2nd KSA branch in Riyadh
Job Description:
- Lead the inventory of outlets by reconciling the opening stock with the closing stock, taking account of store issues and sales
- Perform Month End Closing Inventory for kitchen
- Review & submit to management admin reports such as Near Expiry Report, and Slow Moving Report
- Prepare monthly Consumption of kitchen supplies, Staff consumption and customers as well as monthly Spoilage report
- Prepare the daily and monthly cost report in relation to cost of sales
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationality
- Male, 40 years old and below
- At least 4 years of experience in the same role in F&B industry
