Job description / Role
Guildhall is working with a large engineering organization to assist on a new facilities management project in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for someone with experience in implementing and strategizing large-scale facilities management projects from design through to execution.
You will initially be part of a small team tasked to implement all policies and procedures on behalf of the client. The project is estimated to last up to 3 years which will then transition to an operational role.
Requirements
Candidates must have the following experience and qualifications
- Degree in Engineering
- 15+ years experience
- 10+ years experience in facilities management
- Large-scale project experience which encompasses multiple buildings and utilities
