Our client is a leading Real Estate & Mall Management Group with an excellent reputation across the region.

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor – Facilities Management to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Reports to: Head of Facility Management

Role Purpose

Supervisor – Facilities Management is responsible for establishing and maintaining Quality Service Providers, optimize the quality of Site Control, and site condition status, and demonstrate leadership in managing OPS Staff and assure reliable OPS Team

Job Responsibilities

• To supervise / manage Operations team in accordance with department policy.
• To follow up all Head Office operations activities in addition to Hard FM services, Security & Cleaning Services such as: Soft Landscaping, waste management, water supply & Pest control services
• To follow up all Tenant complaint in coordination with Tenants relation dept. etc.
• To monitor complete property safety, Facilities, and roof access through inspection and service and security guards’ reports through and to report maintenance operational breakdown or service cuts and emergency.
• To manage and ensure security and cleaning department staff are trained by the agencies and in-house training periodically and follow safety and security in Head office.
• To ensure all the public areas, retail areas, technical areas and offices are maintained to industry standards.
• To follow up policies, forms and procedures to the department and its staff and ensure proper implementation such as but not limited to Safety and Security.
• To supervise the evacuation plan and to attend any emergency call or action and to be responsible on site.
• To supervise the cleaning contractor and ensure its compliance with the office standards and to ensure office exterior and interiors are clean and tidy all the times.
• To ensure the cleaning and security schedule and staff roster is in the optimum level to have the property clean and tidy all the times.
• To ensure all the cleaning machineries and consumables are up to the standards of the industry and running properly.
• To ensure the site control is up and running with the maximum performance of its equipment, systems, and staff.
• To report inspection any upgrade to the department to ensure its optimum performance.
• To execute any task in conjunction with soft services responsibilities.
• To ensure PPM regimes are implemented to ensure MEP services and civil fabric of the building is maintained to industry standards
• Corrective maintenance is implemented to ensure MEP plant and civil fabric is repaired to an appropriate standard in a timely manner

Requirements

Essential Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in MEP or Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in same role
• Open to Any Nationals currently base in Saudi now with Transferrable Iqama
