Facilities Manager - Hard Services - Remote Location

• Required to join an FM company managing the hard services on this prestigious remote facility.
• The successful candidate will provide advice to the client on effective strategies to manage and control all FM services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• This will involve identifying faults and providing report for rectification as well as monitoring all work in progress to ensure that quality, statutory code, and operational standards are met.

Salary:
SAR 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: accomodation, medical, flights

Requirements

• Applicants should have a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• A proven track record of managing a large scale iconic facility
• Comprehensive knowledge of facility management practices such as SFG20, NFPA, CIBSE, BICSc etc., industry trends, and applicable regulations.
• Experienced in Electrical test and inspection, Statutory compliance, SFG20 knowledge, UPS, Generators, HV
• Ability to identify faults and provide report for rectification.
• Applicants should be willing to work in a remote location
