Employment: Full Time

Due to the continued success of our Saudi Arabia office and recent project wins, we are currently seeking Facilities Services (FS) Manager to join our team in Riyadh. 

The FS Manager will work as part of a FS team in the provision of facilities advice and guidance on a range of matters to a business or functional area to meet operational needs of line management and the business.
 
Working within agreed frameworks, you would be involved in the development, implementation and management of facilities, accommodation policies and processes. The role requires a good and broad professional knowledge and keen understanding of facilities services principles and practices, including an understanding of the impact and implications of decisions made, and of relevant legislation.

This FS role is delivered by individual contributors with little or no supervisory accountability. The role whilst professional is not considered to be a subject matter expert in a key FS discipline. The FS Manager can be called upon to deliver Facilities tasks and activities commensurate with their necessary skill set.  
 
This will be an initial 6 months’ contract role with opportunity to extend.

Requirements

- Degree qualified in Building Services Engineering or other suitable engineering related discipline
- APM/BIFM/NEBOSH is essential
- Strong technical delivery experience
- Minimum 5 years FM experience, 2 years in a managerial role
- Sector experience ideally would be in defence or aviation but not essential        
- Good understanding of FM concepts and procedures and a basic knowledge in other Business Support Services areas.
