Facilities Manager - Soft Services

Job description / Role

Required to join a Facilities Management company in Riyadh. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance in managing and optimizing soft services within the organisation.

- This position requires a deep understanding of delivering soft services within high profile and complex facilities combined with proficient project management skills.
- Working closely with various stakeholders, such as facility managers, engineers, and executives, the consultant aims to enhance the overall performance of Soft Services while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards

Requirements

- A degree in a relevant subject
- A proven track record of managing Soft Services with prestigious and large scale facilities
- 10 + years experience
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Able to lead and motivate a team
