Job description / Role

Our client, a large FM contractor company is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join their KSA operation. Candidates must have a transferable Iqama to be considered.

Candidates must have experience in building maintenance or facilities management. Candidates should also have experience managing a team of technicians and blue collar workers.

Facilities Supervisor visits and inspects job sites daily and report any issues that requires immediate attention and action.


• Experience in Facilities Management
• Middle east experience required
• Experience in asset preventive maintenance schedules, reactive maintenance and corrective maintenance
• Inspection and incident reports
• Have managed a team of blue collar workers delivering Hard/Soft services
• Good communication skills in English
