Job description / Role
• Responsible for operation of building facilities including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Responsible for overseeing general facilities maintenance
• May need to implement site changes for the facility as the company's needs change
• Handles special projects, as assigned
Requirements
• Associate / Bachelor Degree in related field
• 5+ years’ experience in Facility management
• Certain certifications may be required
• Working knowledge of facilities management and local codes as applicable
