Job description / Role
NOTE: Saudi Nationals are first preference
Job Description:
• Troubleshooting of all Non Telecom BSS related issues
• Customer complaint handling and resolution for all Non Telecom issues
• The first owner for all Non Telecom related issues
• To be responsible for all LL, Access, Power, Power Bill Payment, etc related issues
• Management of all Non Telecom related issues
• Assist in competence development of FM Subcontractors’ staff in resolution of faults related to non telecom faults
Requirements
NOTE: Saudi Nationals are first preference
Skills:
• Some knowledge in Telecom
• Equipment
• Network maintenance / Troubleshooting focused.
• Good team player
• Time Management
Experience:
• Less than 1 year of relevant working experience
Education:
• 4 Year University degree
• Other Requirements
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in English language
• Good with all office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access
