• Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and promptly addressing any concerns. Proactively upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize client value.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to sports and training equipment, ensuring the company's strict adherence to all requirements.
• Client Servicing: Provide exceptional customer service by offering in-depth product knowledge, promptly addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to maintain and enhance client satisfaction levels.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Communicate fluently in both English and Arabic to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.
