Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Oil and Gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing field service operations in Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on Dhahran. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of field services to our clients.

- Coordinate and schedule field service activities, including equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that all service activities are carried out in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and technical support, to optimize field service delivery and address any challenges or issues that may arise during operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all field service activities, and oversee the implementation of safety protocols to protect the well-being of field service technicians and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of field service activities, including service reports, equipment status, and inventory, and provide regular updates to management on service performance and client satisfaction.
- Participate in the development of field service strategies, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, and contribute to the continuous improvement of field service operations.


- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field service coordination or a similar role within the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong understanding of field service operations and technical requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with field service technicians, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide a team of field service technicians to achieve operational goals and deliver high-quality services.
- Proficiency in using field service management software and tools to track and optimize service activities, and familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages, both written and verbally.
- Willingness to travel to field service locations as needed and work flexible hours to accommodate client needs and operational requirements.
