Job description / Role
Reporting to CEO
Leading finance team
Responsibilities:
- Managing the finance department in the company
- Responsible for leading company towards being publicly listed (IPO)
- Overlooking all finance functions including accounting
- Shares financial reports periodically with top management
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Finance or any related field
- Masters is a plus
- CPA certified
Experience:
- Experienced in preparing companies for IPO
- 10+ years of experience
General:
- Arab National (preferably Egyptian, Jordanian, Yemeni)
- Located in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh
