Job description / Role
Exciting opportunity to join leading management company specialising in the management of owned and third part assets in the hospitality and retail sector. The successful candidate will be responsible providing effective and efficient accounting & financial operation services for managed hotels. MUST BE SAUDI NATIONAL
Responsibilities include
- Planning and establishment of the Finance department in new hotels
- Implementation of corporate financial control and governance systems for managed hotels in line with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Financial Auditing of the hotels
- Preparation of financial reports and analysis of all financial reports
- Liaison with stakeholders to finalize corresponding SLAs and ensures service delivery in line with them.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria
MUST BE SAUDI NATIONAL
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other related field
- CA / CMA / CFA / CIMA / or other relevant financial certifications
- Experience in accounting, budgeting, reporting and financial analysis i
- Expertise within the hospitality sector
- Minimum 12 years experience
- Arabic/English skills preferred
