Key Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for professionals with a track record of success in either a consulting or an industry role to join our dynamic and highly motivated CFO Operations Team in the GCC. CFO Operations is a fast growing team within Deloitte, serving CFOs in international, large domestic and government entities.
You will be required to support projects in advising on leading practice approaches in key areas of the finance (CFO) function, leveraging personal experience and existing Deloitte propositions in e.g. finance strategy, operating model design, performance management, cost management, finance process optimization and profitability analysis. You can also contribute to the further development of Deloitte\'s intellectual property across our 4 service lines (Consulting, Audit, Corporate Finance, Tax) to enhance our services targeted at the CFO function.
As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of engagements or will own modules of larger projects. This includes leading the approach, liaising with clients and other parties and directing the activities of individuals within the team. A crucial part of your role will include involvement in business development and marketing activities to initiate and maintain contact with target companies.
Requirements
• Excellent Masters or MBA degree from a reputable university
• Having achieved, or working towards a professional accounting qualification
• At least 3 - 8 years of previous work experience, preferably within a large organisation\'s finance team and/or a professional services firm
• Must have Finance transformation and Operations skills
• Ability to write, structure and present client-ready work
• Demonstrated success on change projects
• Excellent analytical skills
• Leadership potential
• Must speak Arabic and English
• Full travel mobility
