Job description / Role
A Sovereign Investment Fund in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Financial Analyst (Saudi nationals).
The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager by collating and delivering financial and non-financial reports on a monthly basis to enable making informed business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop financial reports, budgets and financial statements for management.
* Monitor, review and report on target budgets, budget forecasts as well as cost accounting and controls.
* Monitor and report on any variations, anticipated modification and/or reviews of targeted budgets.
* Issue monthly cost control reports summarising the financial review of comparison of cost to date vs. budgetary cost of work performed.
* Perform general reconciliation of all accounting transactions to ensure that they are error free and that all accounting transactions and entries are correctly captured.
* Perform studies on industry trends and collect benchmarks against which financial performance will be evaluated.
Requirements
* Candidate must have at least 5-7 relevant experience
* Knowledge of accounting standards is required
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant field
* Professional Qualification in Finance and Accounting (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA)
