Fit Out Manager

Job description / Role

Fit Out Manager will manage handover, fit outs, and modifications of commercial/residential and retail units in coordination with commercial/residential and retail property management units.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Fit Out Manager will supervise the progress of work
• Liaising with key Project Stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projects.
• To coordinate design, work with consultants and subcontractor
• Prepare the project programme, including the delivery strategy and ensure project milestones are achieved
• Develop Project Execution strategies.
• Develop site logistics (mobilisation / demobilisation) plans.
• Develop and implement Project Schedules in accordance with project phase of works.
• Develop and Track Project Labour Histograms including weekly project indicators.
• Develop and implement Project costs and budget plans.
• Review, sign-off and implement Project Quality plans and procedures.
• Review, sign-off and implement Project EHS Management plan.
• Management and motivation of Project construction and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architecture
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project Management
• Knowledge in Primavera P6, MS Project, AUTO CAD
• Good in communication skills and Project correspondence
