Fit Out Project Manager

Job description / Role

Tier 1 Buildings & Fit Out contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a newly awarded Hospitality Project in the Kingdom.

Newly awarded Fit Out & Interiors Project central Riyadh – KSA (hospitality client).
As the No1 on site you will lead all aspects from quality, program , margin and stakeholder management. Can you deliver to a fast track scheme whilst keeping a demanding client happy?

Do you have the know how on delivery and sub contract works to ensure a real 5* product is delivered on site ?

Reporting into a European General Manager in the Kingdom you will be expected to handle a Major Project up to 600 Million SAR or take 2-3 number projects a 150 Million SAR a project?
The project just awarded is for a major hospitality client and offers the chance of an open book framework across the kingdom (rural & Riyadh). Given the critical nature of this project they have decided to go external and hire the right Senior Project Manager.

Do you have the contractual awareness , organization and people skills to make a real impact in this role ?

A working knowledge of contract conditions, Design Management, Programme & Risk Management familiar with cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting in conjunction with the contracts & legal department
Working Knowledge of the FIDIC contract including the Early Warning and Compensation Event mechanisms

Salary:
SAR 40,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

High End Fit Out – Hotels 5*
Palace Projects
Mega Yachts
Government work

Following is critical before you make an application:

Do you have GCC Experience for a Major Fit Out Contractor
Have you handled projects up to 500 Million SAR as No1
You understand this is a 6 Day working week / 12 Hr days for a Fit Out Contractor
You are happy to provide up to date client references
Client is open to trades or degree educated as long as you have the track record they are seeking
