FP&A Manager

Job description / Role

Inspire Selection is searching for a FP&A Manager for a FMCG company in Saudi.

The business is highly entrepreneurial, things change quickly and there are lots of ‘quick wins’ to be made with regards to improving the current set-up. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual looking to make their mark.

Only candidates with good experience in the FMCG industry with transferrable Iqama should apply.

Responsibilities
• Weekly rolling cashflow
• Like for like performance measures, month on month and year on year against budget and against prior year.
• Detailed investigations of variances
• Scenario analysis – particularly forecast return on investment and forecast cash flows for new brands and promotions / support activities for existing brands.
• Obtain detailed monthly forecasts of sales, purchases and overheads from senior managers in order to build detailed trading forecasts
• Detailed cash flow forecasts and reconciled balance sheets
• Incorporate forecasts for funding, taxation, capital expenditure.
• Working capital KPIs
• Monthly reporting pack
• 5 year business plans
• Analysis on disposals & acquisitions

Salary:
SAR 22,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Must have transferrable Iqama
• Must be currently living in Saudi Arabia
• Fully qualified ACCA, CA, CPA
• Must have FMCG experience
• Min 5 years in a FP&A / management reporting role
• Technically up to date with IFRS
• Must have a can-do attitude, be ambitious and willing to work hard to make improvements to the company
