Job description / Role
- Participates, supports, maintains and delivers the standard and historical costing structure to ensure convergence with the company's corporate objectives.
- Provides the Fully Allocated Cost Section mandates, facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
- Interprets, implements change required within Fully Allocated Costs, to ensure the continuous charges, and Network Cost studies for each of the different sectors.
- Ensures compliance with organisational policies, procedures and quality standards within fully allocated
- Undertakes the allocation of Network Costs to the various technical products delivered by the company.
- Develops and maintains the Business Unit (BU) transfer and interconnection charges, and Network Cost studies for each of the different sectors.
- Undertakes the Cost Accounting Interconnection and Inter-segment Cost Accounting
- Maintain the Costing System application to develop smart drivers for allocating cost elements from Network, Shared Services and Corporate functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or preferably, Master's Degree in Telecom Engineer
- Recognised Professional Accounting qualification as a PMP, CPA, CMA, CIMA
-Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably within a Telecommunication environment and within KSA or the Middle East region
- Prior experience of working within a regulatory environment and of developing and implementing financial control and procedures and related guidelines, especially within a large scale service oriented business.
- Preferably experience and knowledge of ERP or SAS and expert in MS Office
