Job description / Role
General Manager- Khobar, KSA – Big Fish
Our client is a reputable International FM company with a European head office. They have an established Middle East Operation, a portfolio of blue chip clients and manage TFM (Hard and Soft) services across multiple property types in the region. They are currently seeking a General Manager to join their team in Khobar, KSA. The General Manager will head up a FM company consisting of a large number of blue collar workers delivering TFM services to multiple clients across the Kingdom. The GM will be accountable for the P & L, operational management and delivery of all facilities management services delivered. Successful candidate should have excellent customer relationships with senior client members, influencing skills, strategic thinking, sound commercial / supplier management skills, as well as entrepreneurial ability. Candidates can be stationed locally in KSA or commute from Bahrain.

Requirements
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Minimum of 10 years managerial and/or technical experience
- Experience of managing large P&L accounts
- Degree qualified and a professionally recognized FM qualification
- Previous experience in Middle East
