Job description / Role

We are Saudi based Water Treatment Chemicals Factory fully equipped with complete operational stainless steel reactor and having capacity with all accessories for manufacturing & transferring of final products. Equipped with in house laboratory facilities for all analytical tests.

Presently looking for Senior Level Chemical Engineer having Bachelor degree in (Chemical Engineering or related) with minimum 15+ years of experience of managing full business in the field of Chemicals / Water Treatment Solution / Minerals.

RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to:
• Extensive experience within the local and international industrial market
• Need to manage all operations within the assigned area, i.e. profit, revenue, cash, RFQs and closing orders.
• Annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan as well as monthly, quarterly and annual targets for revenue, profits and cash flow
• Agreeing and discussing the company P&L, OPEX, CAPEX, NWC, FCF descriptions and evaluations.
• Gather and examine information about the market, competitors and processing technology and consolidate them into business information useful to convert it into revenue.
• Accountable for setting and achieving the business, marketing, sales plan & budget.
• To identify new customers for existing/ new products and develop plans to support the growth of existing customers and to find product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Recruiting and manage staff, including performance monitoring as well as training them, KPIs and annual appraisals and collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with teams and management

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Housing allowance, Transportation allowance, Medical Insurance, 30 calendar days paid annual vacation with return air ticket annually

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Bachelor Chemical Engineering or similar education level
• At-least 15 years’ experience at Senior level role in the field of Chemicals / Water Treatment Solution
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
• Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills,
• Meeting goals, planning, prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Knowledge of ERP system (Oracle R12) added advantage
• Age should not be more than 55 years
