Description

* Provide visionary leadership, guiding a 100-bed hospital in Hafar Al Batin towards achieving organizational goals and excellence in patient care.
* Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and managerial courage to drive innovation and transformative initiatives.
* Quickly identify operational gaps and opportunities by understanding market needs and linking them with hospital capabilities.
* Conceptualize and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, patient experience, and overall hospital performance.
* Lead and implement changes in various facets of the hospital, including processes, policies, and organizational culture.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
* Possess a deep understanding of the healthcare market in KSA, including the services offered by successful hospitals and industry best practices.
* Stay informed about market trends, patient expectations, and competitor activities.
* Develop and implement pricing strategies for hospital services, considering cash payments, insurance reimbursements, and Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines.
* Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and community stakeholders.
* Represent the hospital in relevant forums and contribute to industry collaborations.

Requirements

* Medical degree (MD / MBBS or equivalent) is a significant plus.
* Proven experience as a General Manager or Deputy Hospital Director in a successful hospital in Saudi Arabia.
* Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to connect the dots and execute strategic initiatives.
* In-depth knowledge of healthcare services, pricing strategies, and contract management.
* Demonstrated success in change management and driving operational excellence.
