Job Title: General Manager - Lifestyle (KSA)
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee our niche and luxury perfume operations within the lifestyle industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth, profitability, and market share while ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our business, including managing all aspects of operations, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of the business operations, including production, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to develop and adjust products and services to meet changing customer needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and other industry partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Develop and maintain budgets, financial forecasts, and reports to support business decision-making.
• Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Duration: 1 year contract renewable
Gross monthly base salary: TBD
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the lifestyle industry, with a focus on niche and luxury perfumes.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including safety, health, and environmental standards.
• A passion for niche and luxury perfumes and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
