Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a General Manager who can lead a Recruitment and Training company that is specialized in Retail sector, based in Jeddah, KSA.

Responsible for Business Financials
- Manage business cost and expenses to avoid overspending

Responsible for Planning & Strategy
- Build a universal retail competency framework
- Build a partnership with a well-known retail institute
- Build and approve a five-year strategic plan with revenue from core functions
- Develop a service strategy for both recruitment and training
- Explore and propose for new service based on market needs

Responsible for External Operation & Execution for Recruitment and Training:

Recruitment:
- Build recruitment agreement, forms, policy and procedure
- Develop a competitive pricing for recruitment services
- Develop assessment tools for recruitment and selection

Training:
- Build training agreement, forms, policy and procedure
- Develop a competitive pricing for training products and services
- Internal Operation Management:
- Develop objectives and performance management forms and procedure

Organizational Objectives

Manpower planning:
- Recruit new staff according to business plans and needs
- 100% retention of business employees

Staff Development:
- Develop and agree with direct staff on future development plans
- Agree and sign-off staff development plans
- Increase staff performance through mid-year and end-year performance

Requirements

- Post Graduate with 10 to 15 years of experience
- Prior experience in Training and HR development
- Leadership Skills with commercial acumen and business development
- Experience reporting to Top Management, Chairman, Board of Directors, creating financial and carrying on tasks at management level.
