Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented GIS Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work on one of the fastest growing projects in the kingdom.

What You'll Be Doing:
• To take the lead for the design, coding, implementation and support of ESRI geospatial software.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of custom Web GIS mapping/ reporting tools and mobile applications.
• Specialist in web/app-based applications development, i.e. NET, build spatial analysis queries in the SQL Server and provide open-source GIS \ App. solutions.
• Establishes, implements and reviews policies, procedures and plans based on the standards and guidelines/ requirements of the client.
• Design and develop GIS Data models based on the client’s requirements.
• Responsible for GIS Data, collection, updating in order to maintain all GIS Databases are up to date.

• Publish GIS Data in ArcGIS Online/Enterprise based on the timely requirements.
• Design and develop the process for real time data collection from project site with use of ArcGIS Collector, Survey123 etc.
• Develop & Implement GIS/BIM integration standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Geosciences, Geography, Planning, Engineering & Architecture preferably Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of related experience, including 5+ years in a management role required Extensive knowledge of starting, managing and growing a GIS program, as well as extensive knowledge of GIS and database standards, practices and procedures required. Masters degree preferred.
• Ability to manage GIS personnel in technically complex projects/tasks from planning through implementation. Ability to interpret rules, regulations, policies, standards and guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices are required.
• Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate GIS software for use on project.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
• Expert in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online/Enterprise, Data Interoperability,3D Analyst etc.
• Extensive working knowledge in SAFE FME Packages.
• A proficient knowledge of other GIS packages, theory, mapping, programming, database, and principles of GIS, and the ability to apply these principles to new applications.
• Ability to design and maintain GIS databases and other database formats such as Microsoft Access, dBase, etc.
• Proficiency in cartographic and map design (including coordinating systems, projections and map scales), database programming and design, and data.
