Employment: Full Time

Based in Riyadh, the Government Relations Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations with government bodies in KSA, Monitors administration to establish standards and procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies. Provides advice to management on local and government services.

Role Responsibilities including but not limited to the following
• Work Experience in government relations across All government entities in KSA including but not limited to the Ministry of commerce & Investment, Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, General Organization for Social Insurance, Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development and Foreign Embassies,
• Conduct research and provide details related to issuing Commercial Register, external approval for various business activities for our clients in KSA
• Should be well versed with Saudi Government protocol, labour laws and external affairs to handle complex and unique situations.
• Monitor and keep aware of changes in Saudi Arabian regulations
• Expertise in onboarding foreign labour and handling all relevant requirements (Block visas, work visas, business visa, family affairs, iqama, GOSI, benefits, Taqat, and Saudi Government related portals).
• Expertise in governmental licenses and commercial registrations for corporations and others that require regulatory approval from all ministries.
• Managing and supervisor all duties of Government Relations
• Following, renewal, maintain all clients documents such CR, Saudization, GOSI, Tax, ZAKAT etc.
• Communicate with all employees and their management for all government requests.
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by Operations Manager
• Providing reports to Operations Manager
• Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the manager in order to meet department/ division objectives
• 20% of work indoors & 80% of work outdoors

Requirements

• Must be proficient in English and Arabic
• Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
• Master’s Degree is desirable
• 5 to 8 years of experience of which 2-3 years’ experience in company formation and business set-up in KSA
• Previous experience working in Government Affairs a track record of managing Government relations in KSA
• Working to set standards of performance
