Job description / Role

Job Purpose

This Position exists to provide the Graphic design services for product catalogs, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas
- Designing print collaterals like Brochures, pamphlets, posters, advertisements, etc. With high quality and following corporate guidelines.
- Designing and developing digital collaterals like presentations, websites meeting the Managers brief.
- Developing design for marketing collaterals and produce all kind of materials such as logos, brochures, mailers, newsletters, presentations, Exhibition Stands etc. for business and brand building purpose.
- Involved in the designing of:
- Print Collaterals: for Pre-Qualifications, Brochures, Leaflets, Pamphlets, CD Cover & Labels, Booklets, Posters, Advertisements, Notebooks, Table & Wall Calendars and Company Profiles
- Digital Collaterals: Flash Presentations, Power point, Presentations, Email Newsletters,
- Websites, Picture Edits, Advertising Banners, product catalogs.
- Advise Social Media Specialist on Post Designs.
- Working in close coordination with the printing houses for Company's print related works and approval of print samples.

Role Accountability

Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:
- Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvement (Effectiveness):
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:
- Comply to related policy & procedures and work instructions.

Health & Safety:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Requirements

Academic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Design, Photography

- 2 to 5 Years
