- Real estate development
- Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products
- Precast concrete products and architectural elements

Job Purpose

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity and innovation to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand message to our audience. You will collaborate with various teams to create captivating designs for both digital and print media.

Key Accountability Areas

- Provide support to visual communication needs and services
- Create graphic design according to the guidelines in order to achieve desired results
- Develop design concepts and methods to produce graphic artwork and publishing elements for poster designs, newspaper, advertisements, motion video graphics, websites, TV commercials, point of purchase marketing materials, event calendars, etc.
- Research and prepare specifications and cost estimates for graphic design, colors, materials and presentations
- Oversee and participate in a variety of graphic projects from concept to completion
- Consult with clients and department staff requesting for artwork creation, planning and development
- Understand design requirements and produce graphic work accordingly
- Work in collaboration with the graphic designer or other staff for technical guidance or to coordinate production of graphic materials
- Provide suggestions and ideas to improve design materials
- Use various technologies and mediums to produce the best graphic works
- Change and review the work of junior colleagues
- Remain updated with new technologies, theories, practices, and techniques related to graphic design
- Maintain database of images and graphic design and artwork as records and future reference
- Report to the senior management periodically about the status of the project
- Manage and deliver graphic projects within established timelines and budget
- Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements

Role Accountability

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs and projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Academic Qualification

- Bachelor Degree in Design
