Employment: Full Time

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's governance, risk management, and compliance programs. You will develop and execute strategies that ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, while also minimizing risk exposure to the organization.

A large PIF entity based in Riyadh looking to expand their team and grow their presence across the entire kingdom.

Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the organization's governance, risk management, and compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including data privacy, information security, financial regulations, and others.
* Identify and assess risks associated with the organization's operations, assets, and projects, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
* Oversee the implementation of controls and risk management activities across the organization, including risk assessments, internal audits, and regulatory compliance assessments.
* Conduct regular reviews of the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards and report on the results to senior management and the board of directors.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads, to ensure that risk management and compliance activities align with business objectives.
* Serve as the primary liaison with external regulatory agencies and auditors, and oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports.
* Develop and deliver training programs on governance, risk management, and compliance topics to employees and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* At least 10 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards related to governance, risk management, and compliance, including data privacy, information security, financial regulations, and others.
* Experience developing and implementing governance, risk management, and compliance programs and policies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals.
* Professional certifications in governance, risk management, and compliance (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CIA, CFE) preferred.
