As part of the prestigious Abraj Al Bait complex, the deluxe Swissotel Al Maqam is a contemporary five-star hotel located in close proximity to the holy Masjid Al Haraam, overlooking the Ka'aba and the Grand Mosque.

Guest Relations Agent

First impressions are everything! As a Guest Relations Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Support the Guest Experience manager, and ensure all service standards are followed
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Support in balancing operational, administrative and Colleague needs

Requirements

Your experience and skills include

- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
